FireCustos

My own product, since November 2024

FireCustos is a multi-tenant SaaS that gives volunteer and professional fire departments a live dispatch board with full-screen phone alerts, an intervention journal with annual reports, members, fleet and equipment with expiry tracking, and satellite wildfire alerts from NASA FIRMS. A real department has used it since September 2026.

Every part is mine: product, backend, web app, landing page, operations and the first customer conversations.
Around 700 backend tests plus Playwright end-to-end tests. GitHub Actions deploys with automatic rollback.
Four languages, installable PWA, four themes with WCAG AA contrast checked in CI.

Aluminium profile identification platform

For an extrusion manufacturer, in production since 2026

With thousands of profiles in the catalogue, warehouse and transport staff need to tell which one they are holding. The platform identifies a profile from a photo of the cut face, a sketch or a scanned drawing. I built it as the only engineer, from the ML service to the Android app.

Every model change is measured on labelled held-out sets before it ships.
ERP sync, usage analytics with alerts, passkey sign-in, drawing protection with per-view watermarks.
